EVE

SYNOPSIS

An intimate story of a 9-year-old girl called Eve, growing up in the oldest off-grid community in the UK. The story charts her internal dialogue as she returns to school after a year of being outside of education and how this impacts her identity and priorities. Simultaneously, Eve is becoming aware of the state of the world and questioning where we go from here with her generation at the helm. These themes shape the wider context of the documentary, shining a very human light on this impending topic of how can we all live the least negatively impactful lifestyle, empower ourselves to step outside of institutionalized society and exist in the way we feel reflects us.
